1. Demonstrate the natural resources potential in the Kamchatka region
2. TShow the condition and prospects of the offshore and onshore natural resources development, electric power generation including the use of alternative sources
3. Determine the use of resource potential
4. Talk about specially protected natural sites and activities aimed at preserving biodiversity of flora and fauna in Kamchatka
5. Draw public attention to environmental problems
