Description
KavkazBuild is an international architecture and construction exhibition held at the MinvodyEXPO exhibition centre in Mineralnye Vody. In 2027 the exhibition is held for the fourth time. The exposition brings together manufacturers and suppliers of construction and finishing materials, tools, engineering systems and landscaping equipment with developers, project organisations, designers and contractors from the North Caucasus and southern Russia. The format includes two days of work, three thematic exposition sections and a business programme.
The previous, third edition of the exhibition was held on 2426 April: over three days it was visited by 6,100 specialists, and 154 companies from 35 regions of Russia, as well as from China, Belarus and Turkey, were presented on 8,500 m^2 of exposition space.
The business programme includes the North Caucasus Urban Development Forum (2 February 2027, 10:00) with a plenary session on development strategies for the North Caucasus Federal District and participation of representatives of the Stavropol Territory Ministry of Construction, the republics and chief architects; the Caucasus Design Forum (3 February 2027, 10:00) with a trend session on interiors, a panel discussion on hotels and a case session on North Caucasus projects; and the Meeting of Caucasus Craftsmen (2 February 2027) with open workshops on porcelain stoneware, waterproofing, decorative plasters and large-format tile laying.
The exhibition themes cover the full construction and finishing cycle, from structural solutions to landscaping. The exposition is organised into three thematic areas. The construction materials section covers roofing and facade systems, thermal and waterproofing, engineering utilities, windows and translucent structures. The finishing materials section presents wall and floor coverings, paints, varnishes and chemicals, ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware, and sanitary ware. The landscaping and improvement section brings together small architectural forms, paving and road surfaces, fences and barriers, lighting, irrigation systems and terrace solutions.
