The 36th International HouseBuild Exhibition is one of the largest building, renovation and design trade shows in Russia. Organized by the ExpoSfera exhibition association, the event has been held twice a year since 2008, bringing together private customers, construction industry professionals and leading manufacturers. The exposition spans over 7,000 sq. m and features more than 200 exhibitors, covering the full cycle of suburban construction from foundation to finishing.
The event is held in B2C and B2B formats, catering to both end users and specialists: builders, architects, designers and developers. The exhibition attracts around 12,000 visitors, of whom approximately 60% are private customers and 40% are business representatives. As an exhibition-sale, it allows visitors to compare supplier offers, receive independent consultations, conclude contracts and make deals directly on site.
The business program includes an interactive show and a series of seminars and master classes covering all aspects of country house construction: from land acquisition and foundation laying to roofing and installation of engineering systems. Professionals provide answers to key questions: how to avoid construction mistakes and what to look for when choosing materials and technologies.
