Announce: Within the framework of the exhibition of devices and equipment for non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics "NDT RUSSIA - 2010" (March 17-19, Moscow), the novelty will be presented by the exhibiting company - "Gruppa Unitest".
The complex system of geometrical parameter control for mechanical engineering products and components will be presented at the "INNOVATION NDT" contest within the framework of the exhibition of devices and equipment for non-destructive testing and technical diagnostics "NDT RUSSIA - 2010". The novelty will be presented by the exhibiting company - "Gruppa Unitest".
The system is intended for three dimensional component surface modeling, basing on the results of the measurements, made by the measurement transmitter unit. The presented system allows completely and in automated mode to control the output of components with respect to the standard size and form matching. The system was successfully tested on the wheelpairs, axles and wheels of railway cars, crankshaft forging.
The system includes the choice algorithms and transmitter positioning, mathematic processing package of the "raw" data, reconstruction of three dimensional surface of the component part, making decision with respect to the matching of the part to the standard sample, and processing of control statistic data
The fast automated control of the great number of geometrical parameters in the conditions of modern production cannot be made manually. The measuring instruments, which are offered on the market, don't make it possible to use them directly.
