Общая информация о компаниии: Первые номера нашего журнала увидели свет в 1996 году. С тех пор журнал завоевал заслуженный авторитет как у отечественных, так и зарубежных операторов, проектировщиков систем подвижной связи, разработчиков и поставщиков аппаратуры, представителей госструктур. В журнале публикуются научные и технические материалы отечественных и зарубежных специалистов о новинках техники, о возможностях мобильных систем связи (от спутниковых до систем персонального радиовызова), об условиях предоставления услуг различными операторами, о прогнозах дальнейшего развития мобильных систем и условиях формирования стандартов связи в ХХI веке. Наш журнал освещает также и другие технологии связи, такие как: компьютерная и IP-телефония, мобильный Интернет, мультимедийные устройства и др. Рассматриваются экономические и другие аспекты деятельности предприятий связи. Публикуются материалы по законодательным актам и политике, проводимой Минсвязи России.

The first issues of our magazine were published in 1996. Since then the publication gained well-deserved authority with both local and foreign operators, mobile networks designers, equipment developers and manufacturers and representatives of governmental organizations. The magazine publishes scientific and technical materials from local and foreign experts concerning technological innovations, capabilities of mobile communication systems (from satellite to personal access), also about terms and conditions of service provision by various operators, trends of mobile systems further development and conditions for shaping communication standards in the 21 century. Above that our magazine deals with issues related to other communication technologies, namely: computer-based and IP-telephony, mobile internet, multimedia devices, etc. Economic and others aspects of communication companies' activities are also covered. The magazine publishes information on legal acts and policies pursued by the Russian Ministry of Telecommunications.
