Осуществляет свою деятельность с 1998 года в сотрудничестве с Управлением Реформирования жилищно-коммунальной сферы Госстроя России, Координационным Советом руководителей ЖКХ субъектов Российской Федерации, Комитетом ЖКХ Правительства Ленинградской области.
Виды деятельности: методическая помощь органам местного самоуправления по созданию конкурентной сферы в ЖКХ в условиях перехода на бездотационное функционирование отрасли; помощь в разработке и внедрении прогрессивных технологий и оборудования; продвижение на рынок современных энергосберегающих материалов; организационная поддержка предприятий, работающих в русле реализации реформы жилищно-коммунального хозяйства; обучение и повышение квалификации специалистов для нужд ЖКХ; создание информационной сети по пропаганде передового опыта в системах управления, новых технологий, привлечения инвестиций, развития предприятий сферы ЖКХ; издание ежемесячной отраслевой региональной газеты "Мир жилищно-коммунального хозяйства" для руководителей и работников предприятий ЖКХ; создание видеофильмов по проблемам реформы жилищно-коммунальной отрасли, представительских фильмов предприятиям и организациям, заинтересованным в продвижении своих товаров и услуг в сферу ЖКХ.
Working since 1998 with the Administration for Reform of the Housing and Municipal Economy of Gosstroy, Russia; with the Coordinating Council for managers of housing and municipal bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation; with the Housing and Municipal Economy Committee of the Leningrad Oblast government. Forms of activity: procedural assistance for local government bodies in creating competitive housing and municipal support during the transition to nonsubsidized functioning in the industry; assistance in designing and promoting progressive technologies and equipment; promoting modern energy-saving materials on the market; organizational support to companies working to make the housing and municipal economy profitable; training and continued education for specialists in the housing and municipal economy; creation of an informational network to disseminate information on successful experience in management, new technologies, attracting investments, developing housing and municipal organizations; publication of a monthly regional industry magazine called "The World of Housing and Municipal Economy" for managers and employees of companies in the housing and municipal economy; production of video films on issues concerning housing and the municipal economy, advertising videos for companies and organizations interested in promoting their goods and services in the housing and municipal economy.
