Conditions

Registration fee per organization is 350 Euro. In case more than one company participates at one stand each company participant has to pay a registration fee. The following services are covered by the registration fee: Electronic system of registration, publication in the official catalogue 900 symbols, placement of information on the official site of the exhibition, participant's package, participants' badges, 1 parking ticket, 2 evening reception ticket, 10 invitation tickets, general advertisement of the event, participation in all exhibition events, participation in B2B Matchmaking meetings, presenting post exhibition marketing survey.

Equipped exhibition space for all days of the event - 250 Euro per square meter. Minimal stand requirement is 9 squared meters. Includes the area in the exhibition pavilion, side and back walls, 1 table and 2 chairs, electric power supply 220V to 1kW, carpeting, name fascia board with company's name in one language, garbage bin, general cleaning and security services.

Unequipped exhibition space for all days of the event - 200 Euro per square meter. Minimal stand requirements - 12 sq. m design and construction of the stand is made by "VolgaExpoService" with the use of their equipment.

All participants can take advantage of a new, free of charge service B2B Matchmaking system - for making online appointments and than carrying out the meetings in the framework of the exhibition.

"VolgaExpoService" - master developer and designer for "Expo-Volga" company, provides design and build up services of exclusive stands.

Accreditation - the cost of participation as an accredited specialist is 300 Euro per participant. This includes: attending of the exhibition and business program events; electronic system of registration; 1copy of the catalogue; 1 invitation to evening reception dinner, publication in the official catalogue - 900 symbols, inclusion in the list of participants as well as listing on the site of the exhibition, hotel reservation, bus transfer "hotel-exhibition-evening reception-hotel" Furthermore you can take advantage of B2B Matchmaking services - on-line scheduling of appointments with companies of interest free of charge.

In absentia participation the cost of participation per organization - 280 Euro. Includes publication in the official catalogue - 900 symbols; one copy of the official catalogue; distribution of advertisement materials provided by the client among the participants and visitors of the exhibition; advertisement over exhibition radio twice a day.

Internet participation the cost per organization is 100 Euro. Includes: inclusion in the list of participants and placement of company's profile on the official site of the exhibition; placement of dynamic internet banner (100*100 pixels) on the main page of the project's internet site.www.promsalon.ru

Participation in Business Program

1. Speech at a round table - 120 Euro
• The price also includes:
• equipped presentation hall (screen, projector, laptop, microphones)
• placement of information in two languages (company name, information about the speaker, topic of the presentation, short summary of the presentation, time of the presentation) in the official program of the exhibition (placed on the site, in the printed form added to the participant's package, is given free of charge to visitors)
• placement of information about the event on navigational equipment around the exhibition grounds
• invitation of mass media representatives to the event
• attraction of audience (targeted advertisement campaign, work in the internet field, direct mailing to the leading industry players, attraction of audience through exhibition radio
• possibility to send invitation to the round table to companies of your interest
• additional help from the representative of Expo-Volga: organizational services, carrying out questioner survey among the audience of the event, helping in distribution of advertisement materials as well as placement of information on exhibition site
• interpreters (paid by the client)
2. Presentation of a company - 300 Euro
• The price includes:
  • presentation hall rental, screen, projector, laptop, microphones
  • informing target audience: inclusion of the presentation in the official program of the exhibition (placement of the info on projects' website, on navigation equipment, distribution among visitors and participants) exhibition radio advertisement
  • additional help from the representative of Expo-Volga: organizational services, carrying out questioner survey among the audience of the event, helping in distribution of advertisement materials
3. Individual and group press conference - 500 Euro
• Includes:
• equipped conference room (screen, projector, laptop, microphones)
• inclusion of press-conference in official exhibition program (placement on the project's internet site, distribution at the exhibition, included in the participants' packages)
• invitation of mass media representatives
• advertisement amongst participants (on project's site, program, navigation, exhibition radio)
• additional staff
