The organizer of the IV Peterburgskiy Partneriat - 2010 is the Committee on External Relations of Saint Petersburg Government.

The Partneriat is held concurrently to the St. Petersburg Technical Fair - the leading exhibition and congress event in Russia. Heads of ministries and departments of the Russian Government, regional authorities, directors of industrial plants traditionally attend the Partneriat as participants and visitors.
