Entry to the russia, execution of the exhibition documents

The Organizer arranges accommodation and service for the foreign Participants and personnel for the exhibition. The orders for booked accommodation, services, cultural programme, etc. must be sent to Organizer until February 20, 2004 at the latest. To obtain entry visas and to execute the exhibition documents of the trip to St. Petersburg contact Organizer until February 20, 2004 at the latest.

Exhibition rates

PRICE OF THE EXHIBITION SPACE:

• Indoor equipped space
  exhibition module, fascia panel, floor covering, doorway with a
  curtain, guarding service, cleaning of aisles) per 1sq. m - 170 USD
• Indoor raw space (exhibition
  rea, guarding service, cleaning of aisles) per 1sq. m - 120 USD
• sq.m - 50 USD

EXTRA-CHARGES FOR STAND LOCATION:

• 10% - Corner (2 sides open)
• 15% - Peninsula (3 sides open)
• 20% - Island (4 sides open)

COMPULSORY PAYMENT:

Registration Fee per each company - 130 USD. It includes: expenses on advertisement; the exhibition catalogue publication (the information in Russian and English (not more than 500 signs) is to be sent not later than February 20, 2004); accreditation of company's representatives (1 person per 4 sq.m); 20 admission tickets.

  • if the Participant order Indoor raw space (without stand's connection), electric power source (one connection) - $ 60
• Electric power consumption on 1sq.m. - 1 USD Phone set for the whole period - 95 USD + deposit for the international talks 20$
• Fascia inscription, one letter 10 sm hight - 1 USD
• Cleaning woman per day - 10 USD

CATALOGUE, ADVERTISEMENT.

The Participant will have the opportunity to place advertisement in the official catalogue.
Advertisement in the catalogue - $160 (black- and-white, A5), $350 (colour - A5).
Publishing of the firm information in Russian and English (not more than 500 signs) - $135.
Information to the official catalogue is to be sent not later than February 28, 2004.
