Announce: From 7th to 9th of February at International Exhibition Center "Crocus Expo" the 14th International exhibition and conference "CSTB - 2012" will be held. It is going to be a key professional media event of the year.
The 14th International exhibition and conference "CSTB - 2012" will be held from 7th to
9th of February at the International Exhibition Center "Crocus Expo" (1st pavilion). "CSTB"
is a key professional media event of the year at present, it includes all relevant formats
and directions of television and telecommunication technologies: digital terrestrial TV;
cable, satellite TV, IPTV, OTT TV, HDTV, 3DTV, content; broadband access; officers of
operators of multi services networks; wireless technologies, satellite communication and others.
The present day digital television is one of the most topical subjects and paramount objectives
in Russia. Subjects and issues traversed in terms of the exhibition and conference "CSTB"
are closely connected to Federal Target Program of digitalization of television and radio
broadcasting in Russia and promote its realization. Within the exhibition and conference
"CSTB - 2012" special priority will be accorded to technologies of television channels
production, digital standard broadcasting and receipt of digital TV to customer equipment.
Further development of television and radio broadcasting in Russia is connected with the
largest international sport events Winter Games in Sochi in 2014 and Football World Cup in
2018. At "CSTB - 2012" special priority will be accorded to issues of production and
technological conditions for broadcasting from the Olympics and all-Russian television extender
training program.
